Anyone got any input?? ive herd pubertal gyno sometimes goes away over time ..gotta wait till my testoterone or hormone levels or whateva are balanced out.

I've had gyno since I was 13. Luckily, it isn't all that noticeable.

Puffy nipples does not = gyno, lots of people have puffy niples espacialy big guys. makes sence doesnt it that if ur bigger its only normal ur niples will be bigger to have a same ratio as ur chest
Nways gyno is a hard lump behind the nipples weather the niplpes are puffy or not bro.
If its only puffy what u got and no lump then u just have plain puffy nipples which is normal.
Ps chicks love to suck on dem nipples.
