Workout Focus - Heavy Legs
Back Squat
235x5 ~
270x3 (Belt)
Note: Set without a belt was really tough and im not compeletely sure they were all below parallel. 270 felt good so im hoping to shoot for maybe 290 as my 1RM, and yes my squats still suck ass.
Front Squats
Note: Skipped these today as i didnt get much rest since i deadlifted on Monday but i had to crunch in these workouts due to thanksgiving, back was still pretty sore.

Note: Ok well i was planning on going for 275 first but for some reason i really didnt want to fail so i went with 270 and it flew up. 275 was also pretty smooth and finally 280 was a tough rep. Glad to finally pass 275 on bench and at a lower bodyweight as well.

Note: Wow this was a slowwww rep. I was expecting to get it off the floor rather quickly and grind past my knees but the whole rep was really slow. Suprised that i fought it through. Definitely dont think i could have done another 5lbs. Still, im happy with this as its only 20lbs away from my alltime best deadlift of 500lbs at 225lbs BW.
Pullups - Full ROM From Deadhang
BW +100lbs x 1 rep (-1 inch) - See note.
BW x 12 reps
Note: Ok for the single my chin was parallel with the bar but not exactly over it.....it was really close. 1 inch higher and i would have called it a perfect rep so for now ill keep a little side note on it.
***Resting tommorow, have push press/strict press on thursday and then squats on friday to finish up the week.My Journal:

Note: Now this im very happy with, im very close to a bodyweight strict press....just a couple of pounds away. 185 was a tough rep though.
**** I have my squat max tommorow and then im going on a 3 week little break from Serious lifting and will probably be doing some strongman training and just doing whatever i feel like doing at the gym. Will start a serious strength routine again starting january.My Journal:

Note: Really glad im up over 300 on squats again, broke my old PR of 305. Depth was good on every rep, below parallel. This puts my overall Total to 1070 @187lbs. My next routine is going to be focusing on squat a bit more.
