Whey Casein mixes

Well I didn't see anything on the first few pages so I figure this is a valid question. Well right now I'm taking EvoPro, it's good but I'm looking to try something different. I did a few searches and couldn't find anything good. Are there any protein shake mixes out there that you'd recommend that are both whey and casein? Preferrably something low carb. Thanks

One of these. ISS Research is good for the budget-ended purchases IMO. My favorite for casein products on a budget. UP1.0 for people who want the good taste & can afford it.

Infusion got mentioned a few posts back - it's a good casein/whey but it is primarily an MRP. If you're looking for a straight casein/whey it is not what you're looking for - if you're looking for an MRP then it is. And by the way, just because a label says it has whey and casein... doesn't mean it is any good. Many products get away with just a sprinkle of casein (a few grams) compared to the amount of whey - and at that point you might as well just buy all whey products.

Bottom line: In a two-protein blend, you want casein to be first. Once you start getting into multiple sources (3+, such as casein/whey concentrate/whey isolate) then you have to get more case by case. If you see the order go: whey, whey, casein - then good chance are you're just looking at a sprinkle.

Another vote to SAN Infusion, can get a bit pricey but it worth it very well. Plus the taste and the ingredient profile are both great.
