    wow.. any here got vid's?

    Like you all seem pretty small to be honest.. And my max is yes only 180kgs (400lbs) but my form is pretty dodge by than.. so yeah im just wondering about the form, anyone can pick up 220kgs with horrible form but yeah

    incline, a good day, depends, if im going really slow, ill use 30's, we dont have 35s etc, so its 15lbs then 30lbs then 40lbs, so you learn to use them quiet fast.

    to deadlift 400lbs for 190-195lbers is pretty impressive...but dude honestly...its not beastly stuff...so i dunno whatsup with the hype lol....but 400lbs is awesome already man!

    mine was donr raw.....i lifted at my school gym...the bar there is pretty rough so my grip wasnt a problem at all

    the bar at the gym near my home is totally smoothened so i find it extremley difficult esp when my hands ger sweaty..

    **** chalk tho...both gyms wont let me use... T T

    hhaha well just a question. my bro wrestled in high school at 189 and he repped deadlift with 500. i dont have a video but i am not lieing, i mean some may not believe me but its ok. is 500 F***ing beastly or is that normal. he benched like 400+ i think it was 415 im not positive though and i know he squatted ATG 400+ and usto do 225 ATG sets of 20

    i havent maxed in a long time, or even deadlifted at all for about a month, but i maxed like 5 months ago and got 315. I was about 175 then though, now i'm 190
