hhaha well just a question. my bro wrestled in high school at 189 and he repped deadlift with 500. i dont have a video but i am not lieing, i mean some may not believe me but its ok. is 500 F***ing beastly or is that normal. he benched like 400+ i think it was 415 im not positive though and i know he squatted ATG 400+ and usto do 225 ATG sets of 20
