leg flexibility program...dynamic/static stretching
I have decent flexibility, but my legs (mainly hammys)are always tight/sore since i started an office job(sitting for 8-9 hours)
i've started doing hammy and hip flexor stretches after workouts and in morning, but it doesnt seem to help. also do some foam rolling work but it doesnt seem to get at my hammy's cause they are too big to get enough pressure on them
anybody reco an actual routine involving something more...like dynamic stretches? how i add these to workouts/static stretches
