Afternoon Ranters!
RANT:
Just getting settled in after 5 day long biz/vacation trip to PA & NY. OMG did I have an awesome time. Surprisingly, my mom didn't freak out when she saw me saying that I look like I'm dying from "malnutrition"! She said my legs were very small...but that was the worse of it...WOOT! Spent some time old friends...it was great. Now here's the sucky part. Did well on my Keto 30 day challenge for first 3 days...but for the past 3 days I went totally OFF!
Eating bagels w/loads of creamcheese (yum), KFC...Mickey dees' double fish filet (no fries)...dayummm! No exercise since last Thursday! What a way to celebrate making goal weight...but to try and gain it BACK! I'll be back on the horse today though...tonight's w/o should be fun..ha ha...but diet is somewhat back on track w/exception of one slice of orange and a small portion of rice...hey..what can I say...bf missed me whilst I was gone...so after he finished mutulating my body, he fed me nutritious goodies
