Was just okay. Legs felt really sore going into this. Didn't feel as aggressive or strong as I need to be. Have to hit it harder next time.

Was alright. Feeling a bit stalled on military press, though bodyweight is down a little so that probably explains why. On the bright side my physique has been looking solid as ****.
