    Was just okay. Legs felt really sore going into this. Didn't feel as aggressive or strong as I need to be. Have to hit it harder next time.

    I like adding some light SLDL at the end of my session. I think I need it to balance out the squatting I've been doing, need to hit my hamstrings as hard as I do my quads, even if it's with lighter weight.
