    Drinking a gallon of milk a day.

    Is this a good idea while bulking? It'd be approximately 2080 calories and 144 grams of protein out of each gallon. Is there any downside to this? Is milk more fattening than instead of getting those nutrients from meat? Is it any less of a musclebuilder than meat fish etc? Gimme some help people! Cause I really like the sound of it!

    Yeah it's not like I'm gonna throw all the other sources out the window. I'm still gonna try to take in my meats and other proteins. I should probably start at a half gallon a day? Perhaps?

    Mix protein shakes into it. I wouldn't suggest taking this method if your an extreme endomorph/gain fats really fast.

    I think I can do it. Or slowly work my way up to it, ya know? I'm estimating it'd be somewhere around 30-40 dollars a week. That might be worth it compared to the gains I would say?

    Hah yeah, that's what I planned on doing. If all you use is just two shakes a day that like an extra 40 grams depending on what protein it is.

    Whole milk is a great way to help your bulk, I personally drink about half a gallon a day. Skim milk is also a great protein source, shouldnt be overlooked for some quick protein. I think of milk as protein water, and drink it any chance I get.

    Is it smart? Sure, as long as your not using Chinese dairy youre not going to develop some disease.

    If your willing to pay that much a week, and you think you can actually drink it then i guess you should give it a try. I personally only drink about 1 litre of milk a day, which is ok, about 30g of protein roughly

    You should also look into Raw Milk. Others swear by it, I've tried it but its too much of a hassle for me to get in my location, so I stick to regular whole. This website can help you find a supplier of Raw Milk

    Yeah. I'm thinking I'm able to do it.. since I drink like a fish in the first place. But milk is more filling... I'm scared it might take my appetite away for when it's time to eat you know? But I'm still seriously considering trying it.

    What are your goals? If youre trying to gain weight drink whole, if youre trying to maintain then 2% or skim is better.

    Dont listen to these dufuses who are saying dont. its 100000x better than any BS gainer shake and tastes better. especially when starting out you dont have the appetite to eat 4k worth of food. get a solid 3k clean diet goin then add the milk in and watch the weight pile on (ive done this myself and bulked for about 6months and only got to about 14%bf)

    Adds to your daily fat intake. If you're trying to cut, it adds up and could potentially slow results of the cut if you're getting fat from other sources.

    Wow now that you mention it its like, it'll be alot easier to clean bulk when your already getting 2000 cals from milk alone.
