    Water intake.

    Hey. I didnt know whether to post this in nutrition or Supplements because it is kind of in between but anyways...
    I am going to be starting creatine monohydrate soon and I was just wondering how much water should I intake daily, on average to stay healthy and hydrated? And do these number count when I drink milk or something? Or if I have fruit which also has water in it?(im guessing no to the latter) Thanks, for any help

    yes milk and fruit are roughly 75% or more of water, however I would just eat normally and have a gallon of water by itself throughout the day

    I would drink a gallon regardless of how much water you get from milk, fruit and shakes.

    If your urine is clear, that means you are getting MORE than enough water. There is no benefit to that. As long as your urine is pale yellow, you are fine.
