Hey. I didnt know whether to post this in nutrition or Supplements because it is kind of in between but anyways...
I am going to be starting creatine monohydrate soon and I was just wondering how much water should I intake daily, on average to stay healthy and hydrated? And do these number count when I drink milk or something? Or if I have fruit which also has water in it?(im guessing no to the latter) Thanks, for any help

I would drink a gallon regardless of how much water you get from milk, fruit and shakes.
