I did a 3 bottle cycle of 1-AD followed by 2 bottles of 11oxo. Last week i started my PCT and today i experienced alot of digestive problems. Diarrhea was the main issue =( Is this a real common side effect? I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this while taking the Extreme version.
My gym buddy said he had to stop taking it and switch to the regular 6 because of the same reasons.

I'm sorry to hear your experiencing these types of issues.
I have heard this on very rare occasion with some users, but I know they said that they took some Pepto with it or something else to settle their stomach and they were fine.
I've used it without any problems numerous times, but everyone reacts to everything a little bit differently.
I would suggest getting the original 6-OXO is the problems continue. Or do like I said, get something to calm your stomach. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply, i did buy a bottle of the regular and plan on taking that once i finish (or hope to) the extreme. I'll try taking some tumbs tonight before my dose.

You could take 3 caps in the AM and then 2 caps in the PM

Sorry I didn't see your additional question before in this thread.
I would split the doses of the 6-OXO Extreme. I would go 2 at lunch time and 3 before bed.
