    speed was pretty good on my worksets. i kept switching up my stance to see where I get more drive outta the hole. happened to be comfortable with a more narrow stance vs. wide PL.

    1x6 - 60lbs
    1x6 - 60lbs
    1x8 - 60lbs

    6 reps were done with each leg. All of'em were easy but my grip = poo poo.

    Comments - Speed outta the hole was fine but my back really played a role. Felt like I couldve went heavier but I didnt wanna risk it. Damn ipod ran out of batteries before my work sets LOL. I had to listen to the crappy gym BS. I dont get how some of you guys get pumped to it lmao. My reps seemed so monotonous...there was literally no energy in my squats besides a few sets.

    I cant kick worth ****. Even when having a punching bag for 6+ years I dont think I could land a successful kick once lol.

    Today'll be an off day most likely. Lower back was killing all day in school because I didn't want to take anymore ibuprofen. Needless to say, I just took 600mg. Hopefully that'll suffice for the rest of the day.

    my thoughts on pain killers: be careful. they can mask pain enough that you think your better and you make it worse. muscle relaxants and anti inflammatories is what i would go for over a pain reliever.

    My training partner thinks that Ibuprofen is not a "good enough" pain killer to mask the pain enough for you to do damage to the area while medicated.

    2000+ mg / day of Ibuprofen is anti-inflamitory.
