does this sound like a good chicken breast recipe?

Trying out new things with chicken breast

2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
marinate in lime, salt + pepper, oregano, tiny bit of EVOO, add in curry paste

cook in mango chutney and chicken broth

Sounds good, but I prob wouldn't cook it in anything. Once you have marinated the chicken, it'd be good to grill it and then add mango chutney.

The reason I wouldn't cook it in broth is because the flavours of the marinade might be overpowered by the broth.
