    12 Tips to help your Motivation...

    1.You have to devote yourself to it everyday?.

    2.Week by week it will get better?.

    3.It will get easier?

    4.It may get addicting = good thing, in my opinion.

    5.Its is OK to slip once and a while. Just make sure to grab back on?

    6.Have a cheat meal, once a week. Eating right all week, earns you that pizza on Sunday while watching the eagles, Go Birds..

    7.If you are a drinker, DON?T drink?..Simple as that? I gave up going to bars for 4 months?? Worth it?

    8.The only thing you should be drinking is water?

    9.Do not let anyone get in your way?

    10.And do your workout everyday?

    11.Have a least one rest day?

    12.Do not look at exercise as a pain, but rather as a Gain
