I'm a 15 year old, football player. I'm fat as well, but that's one of my main issues.
Here is my 2 month span change.
April 4th (used to drink protein before this, but wanted to see what happens without)

Body Weight: 259.5 lbs
Bench (Max): 165
Bench (5 Reps): 155 lbs
Incline Bench (8 reps): 115 lbs
Squat Max: 245 lbs (Failed 275, and been squatting poorly ever since)
Power Clean: 135 lbs
June 4th

Body Weight: 251 lbs
Bench (Max): 195 lbs
Bench (5 Reps): 185
Incline Bench (8 reps): 155 lbs
Squat Max: 260 lbs (Failed 275 again)
Power Clean: 165 lbs
I really want to drop my weight to the 230s and 220s quickly (a realistic time though, of course.)
Please give me tips to keep increasing weights on the bars and decreasing the weight on my chest and belly.
