What lbs do you use when doing front and side lat raises. I only use 25-35lbs and I can not get past that. Just curious.

Raises for front, side and rear delts respondwithout using a lot of weight; On side laterals, you should FEEL it during the rom; make sure to keep your elbow up as high as your wrist and hold it for a few seconds at the top, then lower slowly. If you use too much weight, you will not be able to do these with proper form. There is an excellent video of Milos Sarcev and his punkboy on one of the FIT SHOW segments; its a two-parter about training shoulders, if you can find it......excellent video; good adivce. Good Luck!

alot of people say to stay low on the weight, and use a very controlled motion. I'm at 35's right now and i'm getting like 8-10 reps.
