does PEA dilate your pores??? My face is all red like around my acne, and on my back to only around my acne!! i'm kinda freaking out here!? what should i do?

No but it does effect trace amine receptors and histamine in higher doses. It's a temp effect like a niacin flush. Wait alittle and it should go away.

Yes. You could take vitamin C a few grams before taking PEA or an antihistamine to see if it helps. Otherwise lower doses for you if it's a problem.

Maybe. It's not a super common side effect so I honestly don't have alot of feedback on it.

Had a great cardio session with PEA just a little while ago, i got a reallly strong runners high. It was the best.

Yeah, when i took that large dose last week i ended up going to sleep about 1 hour after my 3rd cap. I had some really vived (and odd) dreams, and i do remember waking up in the middle of the night smiling lol

I also woke up in an Extremely good mood in the morning. I know PEA is metabolized pretty fast, but is there any chance it could have carried over? (Could have just been a placebo for all i know though )

I've gotta say, PEA is probley one of the most versatle supps. Its great after a stressfull day to just relax, its a nice energy booster, Great concentration enhancer (for lectures and such), and i've actualy tried it out before a test this week with 100mg Caffine about 1.5 hours after eating and my concentration was AMAZING!!

Effect on Mood: Definite + , I was damn nervous before but once i popped one of these bad boys i was feeling calm and collected.

Effect on Concentration: Hmm.. i dont know if this would be considered concentration or OTHER, but when i went up to do my speech it basically just started coming out with ease. I didn't even have to think about what to say, it just flowed. Very cool.

Any other Notable Effects: ^^

Overall Effect Length: I timed it perfect and did my speech about 30min post consumption

Overall: Definite A+

Effect on Mood: Wow. Amazing. The caffeine intensified the effects greatly. I was so giddy that a bunch of my friends thought i was high

Effect on Concentration: I did become more "aware". I felt like know exactly what was going on around me.

Any other Notable Effects: ENERGY!! Wayy more energy then from straight up caffine. I also had NO crash.

Overall Effect Length: The combined PEA/Caffeine upper i'd say lasted almost 1 hour , but the main PEA high was the normal 15ish min. The energy and great mood lasted all day though

Overall: I'm Impressed.

Effect on Mood: Took this right before hitting up a party, it was pretty crazy. At first my friend picked me up, it was me him and these 2 chicks i didn't know. At first it was a little awkward. Then, randomly, i started feeling extremely happy, i even looked at my self in the rear view mirror and i was smiling. haha. (initial L-tyro maybe)

My friend forgot some stuff at his house so we all went in, this is where my face started tingling and i began to feel extremely happy. (PEA) We then went back to the car and instead of sitting in the front i jumped in the back with the two girls and started spitting some game . haha i felt soo chill to i was just joking around with them and ****.

This is were **** started going down. I was chilling with them in the back joking around and making fun of them and all.Then suddenly the happy high i had turned in to like a horny/ inlove high. Like i wanted to be with both of them soo bad. It was pretty crazy. i cant even like describe it.

Once we got to the party i was extremely chill and happy still haha

lol i could go on, but i think i already went more in depth than most would care to read

-Very happy, smiling for no reason.

-Extremely social, no nerves, usually i don't have a problem talking to girls and all, but sometimes i get a little nervous when i meet new ones, but not this time.

-Sudden feelings of attachment

-Rest of the night (after the main high) felt totally relaxed and happy. I'd say it was like a mix of Being high and drunk.
Theres the kinda randomness fearless kinda thing going of being drunk, but mind set of being high. Like thinking a lot, and having total control of what your doing.

(and yes, i did end up hooking up with one of those girls )

LOL well PEA is one of the most hardcore pills you can take but yeah they need to learn up on it. I would just tell them it's a chocolate extract (which is technically true).
