    Log Basics:

    Dosage: 750mg half hour after eating. (To test sensitivity)

    Effect on Mood: I'd say i got a slight lift in mood which lasted the rest of the evening.

    Effect on Concentration: Slightly more "aware". I felt like i noticed what what going on around me a lot more

    Any other Notable Effects: None really...

    Overall Effect Length: Nothing too strong, i think its probably because i took it with food. I'd say a gradual lift in mood/awareness that lasted a few hours.

    Overall: Not bad, not amazing. I'm guessing its because i took it with food though, so next time i'll take it on an empty stomach

    Just took another dose on a semi empty stomich. About one hour post meal.

    I'm about to study for a block of about 2-3 hours. I'll report back in tommorow

    The labels suggest with a meal because some people react very strongly to low doses. Try it 1 hour before eating or 3 hours after. Ideally first thing in the morning if you can or preworkout or a run.

    Dosage: 750mg, 1 hour after eating.

    Effect on Mood: Again not a "high" but i was kind of stressed about studying because i was really tired and had a lot to do. About 30min after taking the PEA i noticed a really chill confident attitude take over. Like i wasn't really "worried" about studying, i was just like whatever, i gotta do it.

    Effect on Concentration: I didn't feel a major concentration boost, but it did make me feel as if i was working pretty fast.

    Any other Notable Effects: Definitely made studying feel shorter. When i finished i was like that wasn't too bad.

    Overall Effect Length: i'd say i felt the chill attitude for about 30min and was then left with a in a better mood. I actually woke up in a good mood, i think it was because i went to sleep happy. lol

    Overall: Another good experience. I'm excited to try out 2 caps at the same time, but i'm going to save that for a rainy day

    It's a good sign you can see effects so close to eating, most people don't seem to feel much with any food in their stomach.

    Log Basics:

    Dosage: 1.5g, 2.45 hours after eating.

    Effect on Mood: Finally what I've been waiting for this time i got a highly noticeable and strong mood improvement. It was different from anyhting I've ever felt, nothing in particular was making me happy, it was just EVERYTHING

    Effect on Concentration: I did not use it for concentration purposes (ie. work,workout ect..) so i cant comment too much. I did notice i was extremely aware of my surroundings though.

    Any other Notable Effects: I did notice my body felt relaxed, but ready to "explode" at any moment. Like i felt i either could just sit and totally chill or i could start repping out weights like it was no biggie.

    Overall Effect Length: I'd say the "high" lasted about 30 min for me, but the overall better mood lasted the whole night.

    Overall: Definitely amazing. PEA is now my #1 substitute for alcohol and Cannabis.

    Hmmm... i'm thinking of some tests i could do while on PEA to tell how well it is working

    One thing i'm going to do is test it while watching something funny, i want to see if it amplify the "feel good effects"

    I did get a decent buzz with 2caps, but i wasn't on a completly empty stomich

    Log Basics:

    Dosage: 750mg, Pre Cardio

    Effect on Mood: Definitely increased my mood/motivation I didn't feel like running at the time, but after i took the PEA and could hardly wait.

    Effect on Concentration: I definitely did feel more concentrated. I felt like i had total control over my breathing, and i for some reason never felt very short of breath. (I was doing Steady state with 3-4 Sprints. Steady state = 5.5, 6.0 incline ; Sprints = 9-10, 5-7 incline)

    Any other Notable Effects: After a little while 20-25min into the run i started to feel as if i was floating, it was definitely a cool experience

    Overall Effect Length: Lasted through cardio (45min) and for about a half hour after i finished.

    Overall: Definitely highly recommended for people who get bored with cardio

    Any other Notable Effects: I took it with a cup of coffee to try it out with caffeine, and it most definitely amplified the energy burst, never got a crash, and the energy was steady for a few hours. (I usually don't get much from anything under 200mg of caff)

    Overall Effect Length: I did not feel a high but more of a long buzz...
