What would I wear with today's Blue GENEs?
Well, shoulders/traps were scheduled for today, but I wanted to save some of my energy as the missus and I will be moving tomorrow and there're a few things still left to be packed up tonight.
In any event, today's workout was nothing short of stellar. Pinpoint focus.
Strange as it may sound, I feel refreshed each day. With the "cleansing" properties offered by BG's formula (the numerous antioxidants) in addition to the cissus, my recovery is something to note. I don't necessarily feel as if my workouts are intense in terms of weight, but there is a definite sense of well-being afterward.
As for the other ingredients... we'll put the carnitine to the test on Friday (legs) which is when I most experience a lag in soreness.
The only complaint I have thus far is the lack of stimulation (the gingko biloba especially, which I've never positively responded to in the past). I'm a stim-junkie, though, and there are many supplements that can't satisfy my need for energy. I'm running the BG dry this week, but I may include a caffeine pill 30 mins. before working out next week to compare the effects.

It's more what I didn't feel.
The majority of the Blue C complex is on point and supplying noticeable effects (specifically the cissus and carnitine).
What I haven't noticed, and it just may need more time to work through my system (this is only day 3), is the catuaba in its capacity of CNS stimulation or libido increase. I'll admit, I'm not wholly familiar with catuaba and there's not a lot of research available.
The efficacy of the Blue Sky Complex can't be commented on until much later (no way will I pass judgment 3 days in... the formula demands time), though my recovery is fine, which I'm extremely pleased with!

I'm in buddy...sorry for arriving to the party a little late. The log looks good so far.
By the way, thanks for the rest of your Vendetta. It tastes like crap, but definitely got me moving in the gym today.

That's definitely my goal as far as reporting goes.
I'm a realist; I don't expect BG to magically transform me overnight. And I'm sure, too, that my stress levels aren't helping the situation.
But... I'm still eating very well; I'm still training hard; and, thanks to REDuction, I'm sleeping very well, too.
Yeah, buddy!
You get used to the taste verrry quickly. I almost miss it now, actually. Like I said, try adding a scoop of lemonade-flavored green MAG.
Movers'll be here in 75 mins. And away we go...
Thanks, dude! Keeping a detailed log is always my intent... Everyone who peeks in is a potential person considering the supplement; these people should have a fair and clear view of what they'll be buying.

Thanks, Tank!
I try not be too overly critical; but I feel that in being fully honest about my experience, I'll receive answers to my questions or concerns from far more qualified people.
Also, sorry for the recent lack of updates... The move went well and we're basically unpacked, so I'm hitting the gym today (shoulders/traps), but won't have the chance to report back until Sunday (internet's not set-up in the new digs just yet).

What would I wear with today's Blue GENEs?
I'm inclined to believe that BG is beginning to show it's effects.
For the record, I've been taking it all along (even during my moving days), despite my inability to get to the gym.
The thing is, Friday I was severely sore from having to perform about 100 deadlifts (boxes), farmer's walks (carrying the boxes), and the equivalent to about 3 hours on the stairmaster (moving from a 2nd floor to a 2nd floor).
So, going in Friday afternoon to work my shoulders/traps, I didn't feel as if I could perform well. As per usual this week, my numbers are embarrassingly low, but my energy steadily increased throughout my workout time. It was a consistent energy that didn't fully peak 'til my shrugs, when I was able to pull 315 off the floor with little effort... even after subjecting my back to everything the day before!
What amazes me more is that my body feels nearly recovered. I think by Tuesday (or Monday if the gym is open), I should be back to near 100%. After the stress imposed on my body, mind, and spirit over the past few days, that's fantastic!!!
As I've intimated above, I feel as if Blue GENE's true colors (no pun intended) will show themselves this upcoming week.
I hope my numbers will reflect just that.
And, again, I want to apologize for not giving the proper attention to this log over the past couple of days. I'd really prefer to give daily updates; I'll hopefully rectify my home internet issue later this week, though.
In the meantime, there's always the work 'puter.Last edited by _Smitty_; 08-31-2008 at 08:44 AM.
