So my problem is my right lat is bigger than my left lat. I actually duno how this happened but I need to fix this. Any ideas on how to even out my lats? oh yea my right arm is bigger than my left arm too lol
my back workout
Deadlifts- 4 sets 5 reps
Barbell Bent Over Rows- 4 sets 8 reps
One Arm Dumbbell Row- 4 sets 10 reps
Seated Cable Rows- 4 sets 10 reps
any advice??

Your lats and arms have different sizes, because your right body part is often naturally stronger than your left part. So what you basically have to do is make them equally strong. One way would be doing dumbbell exercises.
For your lats, do single arm rows [1]. Start with your left hand and do the number of reps you want to. Then proceed with your right hand and do exact same number of reps, even if you could do more. Do the same for your arms with different exercises.
