I've been having a nagging knee injury for the last 4 years or so. The left inside part of my knee doesnt really hurt, but it always flares up after I run or do squats. Whats weird is it doesnt stop me from doing the exercises because it doesnt hurt, but there is always a nagging pain there. Im worried about what will happen in the future with it. So I ask you guys, is there anything I can do besides stopping running and squats altogether that will fix my knee?

How to treat a knee injury?

you're probably going to have to stop doing high impact/high stress movements with your knees for at least 6 months and apply the rice method to your knees if you want them to get better.
so instead of running stick to the eliptical and no more squats or any leg movements that put pressure on the knee ligaments.
I know it sucks but if you don't do something now, it will only get worse, especially as you get older.

anyway, i'm gettin gsome custom orthodics from the Good Feet store on tuesday and i'll see how it goes from there.
of course this topic isn't about me.
