    New To Keto Can Some One Look at my menu and let me know if its ok.

    A - 29
    w - 264
    H - 5'11"
    Weights Mon,Tue,Thur,Sat, 1.5hr. Cardio for 10 min. Before Workout 30 min. After Workout. Im looking to get down to about 220 - 200. I was told Keto is the best way to do this. Well thats what I'm going to do and this is a sample menu that I have worked up and as I am new to this I am looking for any help that can be giving Thanks for any info you can give me.

    Daily Summary
    2384 cals
    Total Fat: 130.2 g
    Total Protein: 253.4 g
    Total Carbs: 41.3 g

    Breakfast
    Bacon, 3 Strips
    2 medium Egg
    1 cup Better'n Eggs: Egg Substitutes: AllWhites

    Breakfast snacks
    2 tablespoon Salad Dressings: Low-Fat Zesty Italian
    1 1/2 cups Salad Mixed
    6 oz of Chicken: Breast

    Lunch
    2 patty Turkey Burger Patties
    2 oz of Cheese Cheddar

    Afternoon snacks
    2 Serving of Syntha-6 Vanilla Ice Cream

    Dinner
    2 oz of Cheese Cheddar
    1 Hamburger Patties

    Evening snacks
    2 large Eggs hard-boiled

    I'm no keto expert, but the Syntha 6 has 13g carbs per scoop..so right there you are at 26g of carbs. I'd switch protein to something like ON which has 4-5g a scoop save you some carbs

    Also why the low fat dressing and not the full fledge fat salad italian??

    Cool Thanks for the info on the protein and for the fat free dressing thats just what I have and I wont to use it up. But thanks for looking out.

    Sounds good. I prefer ON to Syntha 6, i've had Syntha in quite a few flavors and wasn't blown away by it. I really like ON and the lower carbs can't go wrong w/ that!

    Ya use up what you have for sure!!
