Your diet could use some work.... You need to remember FAT is your friend in keto. Since your not taking in carbs you need to supply your body with fat to burn fat.... So keep the Yokes in with your eggs, and if you want to keep eating your chicken breasts I suggest cooking it in Olive oil, or butter. Fattier meats are good on this diet, Some examples of what you can eat are, Bacon, Sausage/Italian sausage, 80/20 or 85/15 beef, full fat cheese, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, pepperoni, summer sausage, green veggies (just make sure they're green veggies high in dietary fiber), hot dogs, yes i know this sounds absurd but it works.... Ok here we go with Day 2... Had a bit of a headache last night and was hungry so ate some chicken breast.
It is so strange not having oatmeal this morning. I MISS IT!!!
Oh well change only happens if you change somethinh right?
Todays diet
2 omega 3 eggs and 10 egg whites
35g whey 1tbsp ANPB
6oz chicken brst 1/4 cup nuts
6oz gr beef 1tbsp ANPB
green salad
35 g whey shake
10 egg whites

Hey,
I'm going to be doing the Palumbo diet as well, my dr said that i need to keep my blood sugar stable and to only eat, veg, protein, fat... which is Palumbo's diet lol
I'm doing a fat cycle type rotation one day no added fats, and 2 days of about 70g fat and repeat. Are you doing that too?

About the cheese, cream etc.. that's not apart of palumbo's diet. I'd stick to the diet as it's written
