Hey, cool. Glad you are trying it out. It's what I would easily consider my fav. bb'ing supplement of the past year and I've tried everything mentioned here. I loved purple wraath when I tried a few sample packs, dno about you guys.

If IntraAid didn't have a propriatary blend and displayed how much beta-alanine and leucine there was per serving... I would buy it.
Until then... I'll have to keep my vote with IntrAbolic.

I can understand your concern, when listing a prop blend the ingredients have to be listed by most to least in order. If you look at the Intra-Aid Performance Blend it is 10 grms and Beta Alanine is listed first and leucine 3rd so there is an efficacious dose of both. i believe the intra wrkout sup is a joke if ur already a pre n a post wrkout sup, that intra-bolic is jst hella Lucine which has good test effects but u can take torrent aftr wrkouts n itl b the same crap sry

ok im sure itl make a difference 4 the guys n the gym 4 2 to 3 hrs ya ther muscles r gonna need sum carbs n protein n electrolytes which all that stuf is but 4 the guys getn n ther bangn sum weights in out wouldnt do much, i wrk out at 8 at nite pound my pre wrkout 730ish n get done at 840 850 drink my post shake thn head home that stuf doesnt have a chance 2 absorb unless ur wrkin out on an empty stomach, plus iv tryd that volumaize did not notice a thing, so y waste another 40 50 60 bucks when every1 keeps forgetn the best sup to take is gues what actual FOODOriginally Posted by simpleguy

intra-aid- taste great and amount of servings are there
intrabolic- green apple is the way to go
and purple wrath has the price for the servings and same goes with x-tend ( watermelon) imo
