Anyone going to be competing at the NPC Midwest show in St. Louis on April 24th? It'll be my first competition. I'm weighing in at 152 this morning and I'm planning on competing in the lightweight division. A couple of friends that used to wrestle in High School told me that I should cut my water and sweat my ass off the day before weigh in so that I make the class on under 146. Any thoughts on that? Thanks in advance.

14 weeks out
Competing as Novice is Middleweight Class at 185 lbs"I feel like I live in a world made of cardboard. Always taking constant care not to break something. To break someone. Never allowing myself to lose control, even for a moment, or someone could die. But you can take it, can't ya, big man? What we have here is a rare opportunity for me to cut loose, and show you just how powerful I really am" - Superman

Sarah Roghelia
NPC Bikini
12 weeks out from CJ Classic Bikini (March 19, 2011)
5' 4"
118 pounds (goal: 116 pounds)
Measurements: 36-22-37 (goal: 21.5" waist, 36" hips)
Spending the first half of training putting more muscle on - I was a ballerina for 18 years, and still have the thin body left from it. Found out at my last competition it was a little too thin even for bikini!
Eating oatmeal and eggs, grilled chicken, sirloin, flank steak, and a lot of spinach. Also incorporating Japanese cuisine (sans any kind of tofu, I hate tofu!)
