My name is Alyssa and I have competed in one NPC show, earning 3rd place. I am 8 weeks out from the Washington Ironman competing in figure. I am 5'3" and 12 lbs. right now! last show I came in at 105 lbs and 10 percent fat. Would like to have a little more muscle this time!
If you don't take care of yourself, who will?
XOXO
Aly :)

[QUOTE=dvsness;206570021]Hi Alyssa. Be patient.
At 5'0, I was 100 lbs my first show, 103 my 2nd and I should be 108 this year. I firmly believe that shows are won in the offseason.
Thanks for they reply..I findmy motivation decreasing lately..I just want to see changes and it doesnt seem like its happening fast enough!If you don't take care of yourself, who will?
XOXO
Aly :)

Actually NON-Qualifier, BUT I did Win the OPEN Welters last year at a qualifier
I am planning on the Jr. USA or NATS in 09... I MUST BE at the top of the middle's if I plan on making the top 5...which I think I can do if I am 110% PEELED to the bone... Looking for 230lbs this fall/winter clean bulker and then just do my standard 16 week prep and let the cards fall how they may!!Jason Akers
