Doing my first competition ever in 18 days! I will compete in CBB.(Tall class)

Height:6`1 Weight: 184.7 Ibs right now.

I know I could have some more Ibs of muscles to compete in with in this competition but my goal is to be the hardest on stage!Most ripped!

somewhere you do have to start and make your firstone! This will be fun!

Kill it! My first show I was 6 ft 183

took some time off and 2nd was 197 and third at 203.

Gotta start somewhere and then start to grow!

I'm currently 11 days out and just wanted to wish all other competitors good luck in their upcoming shows, especially with the challenging Thanksgiving holiday foods that all your friends and family will be having in front of you :/ . Oh well, it's all worth it!

Switching from physique to classic physique
Gonna prep super smart this Time

Target shows:

June 24th (big maybe)
July 8th (if I'm stage ready then)
August 19th (NJ state, did physique last year, got 4th)
And September 30th (Brooklyn Grand Prix, did it last year and did not place

)

I'm 5'9" 149 lbs and 2 weeks out from my first npc show. Then back to prep life and doing a nanbf show in september. 🤓 nervous as hell and don't feel at all ready. Anxiety is through the roof!

Currently, about to start my prep for NPC Nationals in Miami in 2 weeks.. no clue how far out I am though! but thats the earliest I can begin prep!

This is the top 5 line-up. I'm #5 and took 3rd. #14 took first and #8 took second.

This thread is very interesting. I just started training. I’m a Newby coming into the competition world. I’m use prime nutrition intra elite for my supplement. Are there any good suggestions out there a lot of things I’ve tried is not really helping see a change fast enough l.
