    Jms Plasmagen Nitrate Recomp!! - Sponsered

    Well here is my log...I received Plasmagen last friday!!![/size]

    Current Stats


    Weight: 183
    BodyFat: 13-14%

    Measurments...Coming soon!!!!


    Goals


    I am doing a "recomp" right now trying to get my measurments down for the waist but up for everything else. I am about 20 pounds lighter than I was about 2-3 months ago and not really looking to loose anymore weight. Hopefully with plasmagen I can get to where I want to be.


    Current Split

    Day 1: Chest/Tris
    Day 2: Back/Bis
    Day 3: Shoulders/Traps

    **Off days will be taken as needed....Cardio/HITT will be done everyday for 10-15 min before workout. I use this as a warm up for the most part. Later in the day II tend to run about 3 times a week for 1-3 miles.

    Plasmagen Effects
    Took one dose at about 7 am (4pills) And then the other 10 about 12:15 45 min before my workout. No real workout effects, did not expect any being the second day I took this product. Only effects were the tingling sensation that I have recieved before with BA products.



    Workout Notes: I tend to workout at a fairly fast pace most days on my lunch. Todays workout took 45 min altogether which included the run in the begining.

    I am a littl e behind with logging I will catch up today as I have hit the gym everday this week so far.

    I also have a quick question what do you reccommend on days where I just do cardio such as running or swimming? Should I still take 14 pills or just 6. I tend to only take one day off a week where I do no lifting or cardio. I do 4 days of lifting where I take the 14 pills and then 2 days of just cardio. So what would you reccomend on those cardio days. Thanks

    Plasmagen Effects
    Took the first dose around 8 am then the second dose around 1245. Still no real effects as it is only the 3rd day I am on this supplement. ALthough I can attribute it to giving me some additional energy for my workouts recently it did this yesterday and today. After 2 days in a row of a considerable energy increase I can say with confidence it is due to Plasmagen



    Workout Notes: Another quick workout. This one only took about 40 minutes. So the sets are at a pretty quick pace. Nothing special to mention onther than the increase in energy.

    The Hammer Stregth I did alternating one armed presses for 12 for each arm and then 8 for each arm the second set. ANother rough super set and good way to end the workout.





    Plasmagen Effects
    Took the first dose around 8 am again and held off on the second dose til around 1245 but took it with food this time since my boss surprised us with lunch! Still felt some real positive effects. Energy was up even more than previous days and had some noticable increases in stgrenth endurance.



    Workout Notes: This was a real quick qorkout only about 35 minutes total time. Which is why I was surprised with how I felt at the end of the workout.

    Todays Workout - 8/06

    Day 4:8/06

    Cardio


    Weight:182 (+1)

    [color=darkblue] Today was an off day for lifting. Only cardio. I started with a 1 mile run just under 8 minutes. Then headed to pool for a 500 yard swim. Total time for the 2 of these was about 25 minutes.


    Plasmagen Effects
    Took plasmagen just as I have been and was not sure weather to just take 6 pills or the 14. I ended up taking the 14 pills. No real effects other than my energy levels seem to be up after taking it and also the tingling effect I am still gettting.

    I have not been doing bench recently I think part of the reason the weights are lower than I am used to is bc I am not used to haveing to stabalize the weight.

    Plasmagen Effects
    Took my first dose around 8am then the second dose around 1245 as I have been. The tingles have been subsiding but still feeling them. I am def seeing an increase in vasularity. With the small amount of biceps that I did I had a decent pump. Also after the swim my back was flared out pretty good. Also have some great endurance considering this whole workout took 30 minutes including the swim.



    Workout Notes: Like I said above I really moved today only 30 minutes. Starting to see some effects and the endurance is great.

    Dosage was much further apart today due to work. First dose at about 8 second dose at about 145. The effects seemed to be a little greater as the endurance was way up the workout took 35 minutes and I did18 work sets and rode bike for 6 minutes. And the weights remained up for the workout!!

    The last 3 workout posts were from last week as the dates indicate I have been pretty busy and fell behind. All those numbers were written down so they were not from my memory

    Through the weekend I did not lift from firday-sunday. But I did swim on friday and then sat I ran 3 miles and biked 10. Sunday I did nothing.

    I have weight trained again this week starting this past monday. Have everything written down will update shortly. SOrry for the delay in updating I will continue to work on that.

    Weight:184 not sure where the weight gain is coming in with all the cardio from the weekend.

    Cardio: The normal 5 min run.

    I was really unhappy with last weeks bench numbers so I wanted to give it another go this week. Weights were up a decent amount 185 for 6 vs 175 for 5 last week. So my assumption of not being used to bench was most likely correct

    Stopped after the 2nd set to extreme tightness/pump in my left pec. Figured to back off rather than risk injury.

Updating this a few days later my chest feels fine and no lingering effects which is good. My triceps are still extremly sore though.

    Cardio: 500 yard swim after the workout. Took about 10 minutes! Goal here and recently is to give the back a different sort of training.

    Weight:183 Been pretty steady around this weight which is good trying to drop some fat and add lean mass and feel that I am accomplishing that to some extent.

    Dosage was 8 am then 1230. Goal today was to slow down the workout and try some heavier weights. ANd get a good amount of cardio n.. I was pleaseed with the weights nothing special. Surprised myself with the arnies after the shoulder press normally after a good shoulder set before my high is about 40 on the presses. So if I can notice anything from this product it is def an increase in endurance.

    Day 18 8/20 - Big Swim!

    Today was an off/cardio day. Went to the gym planning to do a light swim 500 yards or so. ANd well lets say I felt so good I did 1300 yards. The time was somewhere around 26 minutes. I lost track after about 1000. I felt great this is the furthest I have ever swam in a straight shot and felt like I could have kept going but did not really want to kill myself. I took the weekend off and Hit the gym again on monday!

    This always kills me I was somewhat surprised with the 70s Normally only get htem when I do this exercise first. COuld have gotten 75s no problem but the SS was killing me,

    Really moved through the workout only took about a half an hour and the weights were very good. I am not really noticing any difference in body comp but I see myself everyday. My endurance is up more than anything possible some strength as well which I will test closer towards the end!
