Current Stats

Goals
I am doing a "recomp" right now trying to get my measurments down for the waist but up for everything else. I am about 20 pounds lighter than I was about 2-3 months ago and not really looking to loose anymore weight. Hopefully with plasmagen I can get to where I want to be.
Current Split
Day 1: Chest/Tris
Day 2: Back/Bis
Day 3: Shoulders/Traps
**Off days will be taken as needed....Cardio/HITT will be done everyday for 10-15 min before workout. I use this as a warm up for the most part. Later in the day II tend to run about 3 times a week for 1-3 miles.

Plasmagen Effects
Took one dose at about 7 am (4pills) And then the other 10 about 12:15 45 min before my workout. No real workout effects, did not expect any being the second day I took this product. Only effects were the tingling sensation that I have recieved before with BA products.

I am a littl e behind with logging I will catch up today as I have hit the gym everday this week so far.
I also have a quick question what do you reccommend on days where I just do cardio such as running or swimming? Should I still take 14 pills or just 6. I tend to only take one day off a week where I do no lifting or cardio. I do 4 days of lifting where I take the 14 pills and then 2 days of just cardio. Took the first dose around 8 am then the second dose around 1245. Still no real effects as it is only the 3rd day I am on this supplement. ALthough I can attribute it to giving me some additional energy for my workouts recently it did this yesterday and today. After 2 days in a row of a considerable energy increase I can say with confidence it is due to Plasmagen
Workout Notes: Another quick workout. This one only took about 40 minutes. So the sets are at a pretty quick pace. Nothing special to mention onther than the increase in energy.Previous Logs:

The Hammer Stregth I did alternating one armed presses for 12 for each arm and then 8 for each arm the second set. ANother rough super set and good way to end the workout.
Plasmagen Effects
Took the first dose around 8 am again and held off on the second dose til around 1245 but took it with food this time since my boss surprised us with lunch! Still felt some real positive effects. Energy was up even more than previous days and had some noticable increases in stgrenth endurance.
Workout Notes: This was a real quick qorkout only about 35 minutes total time. Which is why I was surprised with how I felt at the end of the workout.Previous Logs:

Sorry for all of the posts in one day and if the first 2 posts were a little vague. I forgot my workout book those days so that was off of memory. I have my log book now and have taken measurments as well which I will update once I get home!! Also I will get some photos up as well

[color=darkblue] Today was an off day for lifting. Only cardio. I started with a 1 mile run just under 8 minutes. Then headed to pool for a 500 yard swim. Total time for the 2 of these was about 25 minutes.

Took plasmagen just as I have been and was not sure weather to just take 6 pills or the 14. I ended up taking the 14 pills. No real effects other than my energy levels seem to be up after taking it and also the tingling effect I am still gettting.Previous Logs:

With the small amount of biceps that I did I had a decent pump. Also after the swim my back was flared out pretty good. Also have some great endurance considering this whole workout took 30 minutes including the swim.

The last 3 workout posts were from last week as the dates indicate I have been pretty busy and fell behind. All those numbers were written down so they were not from my memory
Through the weekend I did not lift from firday-sunday. But I did swim on friday and then sat I ran 3 miles and biked 10. Sunday I did nothing.

Day 18 8/20 - Big Swim!
Today was an off/cardio day. Went to the gym planning to do a light swim 500 yards or so. ANd well lets say I felt so good I did 1300 yards. The time was somewhere around 26 minutes. I lost track after about 1000. I felt great this is the furthest I have ever swam in a straight shot and felt like I could have kept going but did not really want to kill myself. I took the weekend off and Hit the gym again on monday!
