After Glow- Anyone Try it? Recommended?

    Hey all,

I'm seriously getting into bodybuilding again and am making good gains the last six/seven weeks. Basically I haven't used any supplements except protein drinks and a daily multivitamin. I'm thinking about another supplement and a friend who works at GNC is raving about "After Glow" made by a company called Biorhthym. I don't want to give a list of all the ingredients but here goes some of the important ones:

    glutamine
    Krealkalyn (creatine)
cissus quadreangularis (some plant sterol, I think)
    phosphatidylserine

It's the last ingredient that I guess is the real expensive stuff. Alone it's very spendy however the AG itself is about $55 for 16 servings. You only take it after a workout, not on off days. I go to the gym about 4/5 X a week so that is roughly a one month supply. Seems spendy. He was nice enough to give me a few samples, I took my first today and the taste, at least, is not too shabby. I'm wondering if anyone else has any experience with this product or maybe recommend something else that's more effective.

    Thanks all!

Hmmmm....well it IS a little spendy, that's for sure. I honestly don't care as long as it works well. He gave me three samples of the stuff but that is barely a one week supply, if that. I know that sometimes supplements are outrageously overpriced.
