I thought I knew.
I ALWAYS ALWAYS thought it was roughly 25g per 4oz of chicken.
I tried doing some searching and came up with some ridiculous numbers.
HOW DO YOU COUNT IT?????
anyone with an
4oz = Xg
8oz = Xg
please give your input and if possible where you found it.

I wondered where they get that myself. The label on my Tysons says 32 grams per 4 oz.
Theres always room for another rep, another set, another plate on the bar.

the nutrition facts are on the back of the packs I buy, says 25g protein/4oz.

Approx 25-26 grams of protein for 4 oz. uncooked or 3 oz. cooked

35g of protein for 4 oz
If your packaged chicken breasts say otherwise it's because they're injected with sodium solution to make them heavier.

usually when i buy Hill Country Fare Precooked Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast 4 lb bag it has 24g of protein every 4oz.
