    Close grip barbell curls

Are these any good? I need to switch up my routine as i've been doing the same for awhile.

    Preacher curls
    Hammer Curls
    BB Curls (shoulder grip)

Which one should i change? and what for? i would like to keep bb curls (shoulder grip) as i feel they're the best.

Would like advise asap as i'm off down the gym in 40mins. cheers!

for preacher curls i do 2-4 sets of close grip and 2-4 of wide grip which hits the inner and outer part of the bicep

well the close grip curls will stress the outer head of the bicep more.. which will result in a better peak. i haven't done these in a while, I'm gonna next time i do arms tho. i highly recommend giving them a try, they really work well.
