Freakest calves in BBing. He is a true creature and is going to do extremely well not only at the Europa but in the IFBB ranks as well

He looks incredible. I hope he does well.

man he looks seriously amazing but when he turned around there was obvious left lat asymmetry issues plus the thickness/width isn't there... gives serious problems to his bdb and bls.
I really hope the house does well, awesome x frame just needs to get the back up. Any injuries/issues keeping him from bringing up the left side?

Hi everyone. Yes I am Erik's wife. And as for the Lat problem. No he has had no injury or nerve damage like some have suggested. I will ask Erik tonight when he gets home from work to explain but my explaination goes as such. As for the video I was at a pretty decent angle shooting the video I am not sure if that has anything to do with it also the lighting quite possibly as well. But to explain the photo that was posted, dont quote me on this for I am not a pro but I have learned a lot in the past few years, I do believe the back picture of his lats has to do with the positioning of his elbows and arms as well as having that right leg extended out. So my explaination on that photo would be the way he was posing. But like I said I am by no means a professional. I am just trying to throw up some suggestions. Because I do not believe he has any lat problems what so ever. I live with the man and see him everyday and have never noticed this. So once again I will talk to Erik about it tonight and see what he can tell you all. Thanks again to all of you that have been here for us and have supported Erik the past few years. It really means alot to us to have great fans. Erik may not post on many boards but believe me he knows what is said and appreciates everyones kindness and criticism. He always tells me that "haters" give him more motivation to be better....so in his words..."hate on" lol.

By the way Erik knows that he has to bring up his back and I think for the very short offseason he had from last years show to this year he made great gains. If you have seen Erik in person you know by no means is he extremely lacking its just the fact that he has such awesome limbs that he is trying to bring up the back and chest to match the rest.

I have had the pleasure to train next to Erik in Philly last year in the fall and again at the Arnold. He is by no means lacking anything, he is a large creature and the work he puts in shows. I dont know what you people are looking at when you say he is "lacking" something.....think your all nuts

Alright, I am not one to get on here and critque too often. I really like Erics physique, it is different and it really stands out IMO. He also seems like a great guy as well. However just because you have trained with him does not mean he does not have lagging bodyparts. Even his wife admits he need work on his chest and back and that Eris knows that. This is bodybuilding so look at the physique and be honest, there is nothing wrong with that.

Quoted for truth.
I really like Eriks physique as well. I'm curious to learn more about the apparent lat problem (or if there is indeed a problem at all).
He has a show stopping lower half, excellent arms and apparently a good head on his shoulders and a strong work ethic. As long as he stays healthy, I see no reason why couldn't be a top tier pro in a few years.

eric is young and just starting in bodybuilding, so for sure he will bring everything he needs up year by year, some times people forget that bodybuilding is not a 100m.dash but a marathon, it takes years and years,.....
eric has the time and by what i see in his eyes the power and desire to do it.IFBB SPANISH PRO
