Alright, ive been doing this chest routine for a couple weeks and i like it and i feel it the next day, and all my weights have gone up. However, with all this talk of overtraining and whatnot im a little scared that i might be doing to much or possibly not enough? Ive also heard though, that big muscle groups like the chest you can do more sets and reps. Anway this is my routine for chest.
BB Bench- 4x 10, 8, 7, 6
Incline Bench- 4x 10,8, 7, 6
Flat DB flies- 3x 12, 10, 8
Decline Bench (Either DB or BB) 4x 10,8,7,6
I sometimes replace the incline bench with incline flies, or the decline bench with decline flies. I also work out my triceps after this, i was just wondering if it sounds like a good amount to do for the chest? Should i increase/ decrease/ or stay right here. Thanks a lot!

If that's a once a week split, then it's perfectly fine, you might even be able to throw in a couple more exercises or sets.
If you're doing full body 3X a week or more, then that is too many. Stick to one or two exercises.
The main thing is you said you're going up, so if you're going you should be OK.
If you start stagnating, or even dropping in weight, then you should start to think about overtraining (still might not be it though)-You have to do what others won't to achieve what others don't.
-There are no reps; only failure
