    Why are your workouts 2 hours long. I am positive you are either overtraining or not working hard enough during that time. Try to keep your weightlifting portion around 1 hour.

    i am not a body builder per say, i am training for football season. 1 hour just doesn't seem to cut it for me, so about an hour into my training session i drink a whey protein/i****ss gainer shake with enough carb/protein/glutamine/etc. to enable me to not lose any muscle mass during a 2 hour long workout. i also mix a banana in for some more carbs.
