dex has one of the best physiques of all time, I'd prefer looking like him to any other pro out there.
I dont think people are hatin on him, or sleepin on him, most are just bored that he comes in with a very similar package at each and every contest )rather than packing on size at the risk of ruining his physique).
However, everyone hates on the guys who do pack on too much size, so either way nobody around here ever seems too pleased unless a guy makes a huge transformation like Heath.

I dont have the IFBB judging criteria on hand, but in my opinion he has the best combination of mass, overall conditioning, vascularity, seperation, and everything else i would tihnk wins bodybuilding shows. There are bigger guys, more conditioned guys, people with standout body parts. But he is consistent and complete. I tihnk hes done everything he has had to do to be the best in the world, and hasnt gone along with the mass fad currently going on.

he commented on how people say he doesn't change at all during an interview, and he pretty much said, that it is harder to maintain a body like his, and be consistent and come to every show dialed in and look amazing, rather then playing the mass game, and losing what he has worked so hard for. I am glad he hasn't gave into the mass game, he has one of my favorite physiques of all time.

the d-bags say he looks the same every year
x2
exactly what I was gonna say, lol. Anyways, the bicep came up a little(still lagging though) and the back has gotten fuller as far as the lats go, as well as triceps.
Maybe he ain't got the "eye" for it.
Anyways, that was easy cus I recognize that combo of lightling/trunk color/ background anywhere so I already knew it was from the 2006 Olympia.
But anyways, this year his lats definitely came up a bit. And also keep in mind he added 7 pounds of contest weight muscle. He's gotten thicker overall. That's why I keep tellin folks that for Dexter it's hard for you to see the differences when he's alone since he's kept his same proportions. It's when he's standing next to the other people that you can tell that Dexter has gotten thicker all-around.

Dexter is the most complete body builder, I've said it before and I'll say it time and time again. He sticks to his guns, he has a plan and he does it his way. The judges always over look him....
but he comes in with the total package. He does what works for him.
When you look at that shot, there is no way Jay should place 1st.
