I know u cant spot reduce fat, but im not sure if its fat, or its just a little loose skin or what it is. Does everybody's inner thigh sort of jiggle when they walk?? (no homo). Plus i dont want to cutt yet, i dont have alot of muscle mass to cut down yet.
Any excersises that shud help build up the inner thigh area??
i cant squat yet, my right knee kills me. Any alternatives?? I think i can do lunges , its pretty wierd but my knee doesnt pain wen im doing lunges. Do lunges help?? / What else is gud??

Do you have a hip adducter/abtucter machine at your gym? theres one at my gym that works that specific inner thigh muscle, and the other one works the outer thigh muscle
they do good for my legs, use em if you got emThe Stack.

Inner thighs
I've had the same problem all my life dude, I lost 30 kilos and still my legs were fairly big.
I started training really hard for the passed 7 months and honestly my legs have become my favorite muscle, When you do your legs to tell you the truth if you want that fat to go you have to give your legs a thrashing! Drop setting and super setting has worked for me. I incline the treadmill 3 times a week and im currently cutting so my calories are kept at a nice 1500 at the moment.
Squats, lungs and leg press are my compound exercises for my legs before my isolations which i superset.
Squats, leg press I do 5 sets of increasing the weight each time, on the 5th set take the plates off quickly chuck on 1 plate for squat and 2 plates for leg press, 20kg plates (easyest for you) then smash as many squats and press's as possible. Iv been doing this for the passed 5 weeks Massive improvement. Make sure for your isolation exercises such as (Leg extensions, Hamstring Curls & Inner Thigh Adductor & outer thigh adductor) you super set or drop set! you have to be sure that tomorrow you won't be getting out of be so easily. This has worked like a charm for me. My legs are still big but with muscle currently sitting in a size 36 pair of jeans when i started I was in a size 42 ):. Aiming to fit a nice 34 before summer.
Hope this helps buddy, good luck

I know this thread is 2 years old, but figured I'd chime in...
People keep advising wide stance squats... This will help build your adductors, and will add muscle, strength, and probably MORE size to the inner part of your legs. This may not exactly be what you want... If it is fat on your inner thighs, then the increase in muscle mass on your inner legs might make them even bigger in there.... If it is muscle that is not well developed, it might help tighten and firm everything up.Began training: 09/2010
