How do you know for a fact? don't be so quick to over estimate the importance of rest, sure it has it's place but the body is a very complex machine, and know's how to adapt to stress and pressure.
I work 10-12 hour's a day, workout 1 hour a day 4-5 time's a week, and my job is extremely physical, I'm making gain's like no tomorrow, in the strength and size department, why? because my diet is on par.
Rest is overrated, my lift's are constantly going up 1-3% according to my tracking app every time I'm in the gym."The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else's highlight reel."
