sleep/rest is definitely the culprit in my case.
I've been having the worst sleep patterns these days, and I know this for a fact is a hinder for my progress.

How do you know for a fact? don't be so quick to over estimate the importance of rest, sure it has it's place but the body is a very complex machine, and know's how to adapt to stress and pressure.

I work 10-12 hour's a day, workout 1 hour a day 4-5 time's a week, and my job is extremely physical, I'm making gain's like no tomorrow, in the strength and size department, why? because my diet is on par.

Rest is overrated, my lift's are constantly going up 1-3% according to my tracking app every time I'm in the gym.

This really was a good post. I can agree 100% with every single one of these points. I think doing the same workouts as you did 2 months ago and what you eat were huge and I can definitely see a difference in my body just based on my eating habits.
