    periodization ?

    What should I do if I calculated a percentage of my max and it comes out to 187.5 pounds?

    I would say round down to 185(or if your VERY confident, 190)

    This question can be interpreted in different ways IMO.

    I have a question. What are you asking? The title of this Thread, "Periodization?" ...And your question regarding percentage of your calculated max ...seem to be different subjects.
