    Cutting on low protein

    I know, keep protein high if you cut fat. However: I can't do that. I have certain health issues because I can eat very limited protein sources in the country I live and I simply don't want to eat 1kg of something every day.

    My question is: how terribly would I look if I try cutting on very low protein (like 4 eggs, 150g a 200g wild salmon and veggies)? I don't have to be big (it was my dream but health made it impossible). Plan is to go pretty much cyclical ketonic since that works best for my mood/brain functioning.

    That's like 65g of protein without knowing which veggies
    If you eat high protein when you go out of keto you'll lose less muscle than keeping protein low the whole time, but really you should be eating triple that (not that I'm one to talk)

    Low protein keto? I dont think thats a very good idea.

    65g for a 217lbs will likely result in loss of muscle mass aswell.
