Hey Hola, I think a good place for you to add some vegetables is with the meals of:
8 oz ground beef 80/20
2 slices swiss cheese
since this meal seems kinda small compared to the rest. I think the vegetables would help curb your appetite until the next meal.
Maybe add 1 or 3/4 cup of broccoli, green beans, etc something high in fiber and low in carbs.
Just an idea.

I are not hating , but I think you looking leaner is water being lost and lack of glycogen fills ..
even though your calories are so high that a fair amount of protein is being converted , maybe as the weeks go by get closer to 250g protein and the same or up to about 280g fats ...
concentrating on fish fats ( not around workout times ) and red meat fats and eggs and SOME dairy .. sunbutter , natty PB and nuts in moderation too of course
otherwise "good fats" added into your salads , for grilling and etc etc ...
EVOO , EVCO , macadamia and peanut oils .. grapeseed as well .
and of course tons of fish oil thruout the day but not within 3-4 hours of pre-WO and PWO ..just lift HEAVY A$$ weights & eat on dat healthy isht . * hellabutt psychology 101 *
