i know the the in first book this were the reccomendes ratios 45-60% carbs, 30-40% fat, and 10-15% protein on carb-up days but on the new book The anobolic solution for bodybuilders the ratios are 20-40% fat, 35-60 carbs, and 15-30% protein. I know there is no huge difference butWhich one do you guys follow??

I treat my carbup days, which are saturday and sunday, as just normal days. I'll go out to eat, eat pasta, or bread, etc all along with meat and fat. I have been treating it more of like a refeed than strict carb-up. This is just personal preference to help me not feel like I'm strictly eating forever.
I also agree the anabolic diet is more like a lifestyle diet. I don't have any problems so far eating like this and will probably cut on a simliar diet.
I have the e-book if anybody needs it. PM me your email.wut?

That right there is the key. So many people knock ketogenic/low carb diets like the Anabolic Diet, CHA, Atkins, whatever, but it boils down to the individual, if they like the lifestyle, then it is a great diet for them to follow. I like it as well, and feel better on low carbs.
I don't have an entire carb up day myself, but just one meal in which I eat whatever I want, no regards to macros or calories or anything. I eat this meal once per week, sometimes twice if I feel I need it. I am bulking with the CHA diet btw.

Hey Hola, my fiance just told me something today that I thought you might find interesting, if you don't know it already. I know you're a big fan of drinking milk, and I always assumed it was because the protein was digested slowly and would constantly keep your body fed with it. Anyway, she told me today that she learned in one of her pharmaceutical classes that calcium actually helps build muscle, and is one of the major players in muscle contraction. Just something interesting I thought I'd pass on, although I wouldn't be surprised if you knew this already

anabolic diet and carbs
I have successfully completed the anabolic diet and I kept the carbs to below 50 grams of carbs per day and was still able to barely stay in ketosis. I used ketostix to check my ketone levels to make sure I was truly carb depleted during my 2 weeks of 25grams of carbs and below and each weekday after that to keep below 50grams of carbs per day. It worked out very well. My strength went up significantly and my bodyfat dropped about 5% in two months. For example my working set of incline bench went from around 225 to 315for about 5 reps! I just started the diet again this Monday and so far I have dropped 4lbs of weight...prob water weight but I can see the difference around the ab area..so all good....
Begin with the end in mind! Now lets get to work!
