Workout was good...
BP: 3 x 8 x 250
LE/LC: 3 x 8 x 125
RD: 3 x 8 x 125
SP: 3 x 8 x 150
LPD: 3 x 8 x 187.5
BF: 3 x 8 x 225
Crunches: 1 s x 15
Standing Calf Raises: 3 x 15 (each leg seperately)
followed by low intensity steady state walk at 3.0 mph... for 15 mins on treadmill...
Xtend (1.5 servings = 3 scoops) + Endurolytes (2 servings) was consumed during the workout....
Duration of workout: 1hour 20mins

Attempting to Fast
I know that sounds crazy... but I trying...
-will not exercise/lift/cardio during this time.. (if I do it will be low intensity)
-drink water, coffee, tea will be ok
-at least 24 hours with an attempt for 72 hours...
IMO, I think its a good thing... I might be in a stall, so when I come back from the other side of this fasting, hopefully, will be breaking through....
START: 8/4/2008 2:45pm
END: 8/5/2008 2:45pm (min goal)
END: 8/7/2008 2:45pm (preferred goal)

I ate at a Thai Restaurant earlier today...
I had the
Chicken Sate for appetizers
Green Curry with Beef for the main course
(thought green curry was a good choice because of its contents: green beans, zuchinni, meat plus "curry base" (which I was under the impression was coconut milk))
Well, I think I goofed when I said "make it mild"
because...
it was still spicy, but was sweet... (I think they added sugar to it to "lessen the spice" )
on top of that got to go to an Indian restaurant tonight...
so, Im sure I gain some water weight...
