Your idea makes sense, but I take Creatine on a regular basis now, and I wasnt taking Creatine at the time I was using BF.

Yeah but suppose the creatine is not mixed well and you get a whole lot of it in your protein shake at once...

the whey powder they use in the mix must be mostly isolate as they have one of the highest protein content per serving "52g", if it where the opposite you would have a different ratio per serving..

Just to note, that's for 2 scoops which they call 1 serving. In the ingredients it lists concentrate before isolate.

Have any of you tried the Body Fortress creatine????? Ugh!!!!

Nasty- Nasty Stuff!!!!! I could not take it so threw it out and got some good creatine with the "Creapure logo".
