So with all these biased studies, what do you unbiased guys think of Forskolin for body comp? Scientifically or anecdotally...

Relax angry kid. As someone with no bias you definitely take it too personally maybe you're just one of those internet tough guys who love to argue on the net to feel important.
The comparison to DAA is not stupid, it was meant to show you how increasing testicular testosterone output also increases estrogens.
Nice attitude bro. Took your medicines today?
BTW I'm done with you, now you're free to post any kind of nonsense at your liking. Have a nice day!

Kinda thought the thread was going good. I posted the study in question and, I, myself see not much relevance in the aromatise issue on THAT study. But I also didn't see the full text.
That being said, i've taken forskolin and it was okay. Never ran it solo and never ran it dosed properly so I can't make a great anecdotal opinion.
Alex, I found the study you were originally refering to. I cannot find the other study you are now referencing.
Quit bitchin kids, this is the science section.
for what it's worth, DAA and forskolin have different MOA's. IMO both products have their place, and both have their negatives. at this point I see no significant negative worry of either one. The positives are still debatable.I can do amazing things for your body composition. PM for more info.

lol^ quick question.. I had it posted in the general section, and curious as to what you think of the theory posted. I asked if Forskolin timing mattered (taken during EC run), with it upregulating cAMP and test, and here was the response I got http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=133115983 Any thoughts on this?

Lol @ state of supp science sec pic^ and what was suggested in my thread was taking one with my morning EC dose because forskolin "supposedly upregulates camp while EC can overstimulate it.. So maybe itll prolong the effects( itll take longer before u build a tolerance?)." Any thoughts on this and any reasoning behind the prebed dose? Test levels?

Thoughts on forskolin breaking down muscle glycogen/liver glycogen? If it is aiding fat loss in adipocytes via HSL, I don't see why its actions are isolated to just the adipocytes? Wouldn't the use of forskolin be unfavorable for maintaining glycogen stores?

Seems to be pretty effective. A study done on "male subjects in a 12-week trial experienced a 16.77 +/-33.77% increase in total testosterone compared with a 1.08 +/- 18.35% decrease in the placebo group." Seems pretty hit or miss from what the study indicated. I was skeptical
Walking in the kitchen to the smell of an amazing breakfast fragrance... I see my mom overly excited about this bottle of pills... Of course I'm skeptical about these lose weight quick things, but to be totally honest, after I want to say, 2 months, my mom was actually making some substantial progress... NOW IM CURIOUS! I went to ForskolinFatLoss & seen a video of Dr. Oz reviewing the product I was sold... I was at 245 when I first started, and now I'm at 205 after 2 months w/ a mix of HIIT training... GREAT PRODUCT!!!!
