Here's the macros:
8 oz
290 calories
23g total fat
15g sat fat
1g trans fat
12g carbs
16g protein
Ingredients: pasteurized milk, cream, whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, live active yogurt cultures
So I got some in the hopes that it might be a decent bulking food. However, the macros have me a bit suspect now. Got some trans fat and tons of saturated fat (given). It's calorie dense and can probably work well with fruit and other toppings. There's obviously other substitutes I can use to get the appropriate macros, but I thought it might be worth a chance.
Anyway, is it something to shy away from on a bulk, eat with moderation, or consume vigorously?
(Oh, and how did it get MEN 4?! 4??)
