Dont they piss you off? Your non lifting friends eat whole bunch of crap like hot cheetos with nacho cheese and i tell them not to eat like that and say that "I will burn this all off"... My friends do that just to try to piss me off.
I watch what i eat and they just go all out such as getting a bacaonator large combo meal at wendy's with a large milkshake at 2am and telling me how good it is. Damn... he's actully gotten fatter though.NASM CPT

It doesn't piss me off that they do, it pisses me off that they can.
I have some friends that eat total **** and are still in better shape then me.
To be completely honest, only empty food I eat is beer. I always lift before a party (if its in schedule) and I always do like 20 minutes of cardio if I drank the night before.
Post party meals ususally consist of water and whey shakes.

it catches up to people fast in college, especially in the girls that like to binge drink or get high all the time, by the end of year two I saw alot of people who used to look ok, begin to look like they were pregnant

Honestly, it does bother me when really close friends eat like ****. You know, cuz I care about them. Like one friend who eats baby carrots and a yogurt and that's all she eats for the day, and then wonders why her head hurts. She's gettin' better at it though, cuz she listens to me haha
