High-pulls, reverse-grip rear shrugs, bent-over db lateral raises are all good.

Bent over laterals. I'm using 15 lbs DBs and have seen some pretty decent development.

    Another name is Jeffries.

Back up to a smith bar where the bar is hooked at full arm's extension. Grab the bar with an under hand grip, keeping your hands as close to your sides as possible. Unhook and raise the bar as high as you can while squeezing your rear delts and keeping your elbows tight. It's a short range of motion but it's a good exercise.

You can also try it with dumbells, and an EZ bar.

Pull-ups and rows. Bent over flyes are not a mass exercise..

Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
