    Irregular heartbeat from 7-keto

7-keto has given me irregular heartbeat,my heart is skipping beats when i run.my stamina for running has gone down..usually i beat everyone on the track and do about 4 or 5 miles, but now am running out of breath after 2 miles.I checked my blood pressure right after a run today and it detected irregular heartbeat which went away later ,but its obviously the reason I am not running at my full potential.I have been off 7-keto for about a week now ,but this problem is still there. So any suggestions on some supplements that i can try for this?I dont think its serious since it only happens when i run.

It would be wise to have this arrhythmia investigated. It could be caused by the product or something else. The only way to know is to catch it on a ECG/Holter.

As for supplements to decrease these occurences? none.

just gotta ask why u were using 7-keto anyway?

A documented side effect from dehydroepiandrosterone is an arrhythmia, most noticeably pvc and pac. Abstinence is key. Good luck.

i was taking it because it defintiely increases metabolism and my metabolism has slowed down a bit with age.i was burning calories very fast while on it and i heard it was pretty safe .i took it for one week only and then i noticed that some guys are beating me on the track and i am running out of breath very quickly.i still felt pretty healthy because of the increase in metabolism and my libido went up too,but obviously its not safe so i won't be using it anymore..or may i ll just use it occasionally in the future.

so i am gonna try coq10 now to see if my heartbeat while running returns to normal..is that gonna work?i have already tried tauine and l-carnitine with no effect.
