Is the difference really big? Should I care for buffered? Or should I just settle on regular?
I tend to get hyper-acidity every now and then, so wonder if it matters and if its effective.

Instead of start a new thread I thought I would bring this one back to the top.
Is there any advantage to ingesting a less acidic form of Vit C? Not so much in the form of benefits of the C but in benefits to the body by ingesting fewer acidic substances?
Logically it seems like the less acidic substances we ingest the better however I can't imagine that a couple extra grams in the form of asorbic acid is going to make that much of a difference.
Any thoughts on this?

I take a lot of pure ascorbic acid. Is buffered a better choice?------------------------
